Sculpture Exhibition at Schneidertempel Art Centre in Istanbul

Our  Sevcan is again off to Istanbul for another exhibition; we have visited her at her studio before her sculptures are packed to be sent on their long journey to the exhibition.

They are most weird, these new sculptures, fitting the theme Ödüm Koptu –“I got scared”

Sevcan’s talent to create the absurd is most obvious, she is a good observer of human weakness and knows how to overdraw it;  Sevcan is human, a woman with a great heart and with many abilities.

But we had a look around her studio and discovered so many things more.
