Again we had a most wonderful and successful photography competition and exhibition in the name of Öztan Özatay for the year of 2019. The organisers Buket, Özfer and Özhan Özatay have received the highest number of entries since the very beginning. A total of 1861 photos by 97 participants of which a total of 112 photos by 49 participants were accepted to the exhibition. The selection was done by the jury members Erdal Kınaçı, Turkey, Yekta Ali Kurtuluş, Turkey and Senih Çavuşoğlu, Cyprus and the results were announced at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Nicosia.

What a great effort, especially since Buket had her own solo exhibition and accolade at the Near East University some days before.

I could not attend the ceremony of awarding the winners in the presence of the President Mustafa Akinci and his wife Meral, but I went some days later during the day when I had all the space and peace of mind to take photos and enjoy the photos.

I have attached the list of acceptances to the exhibition and all the photos of the winners. My congratulations and my respect to the good work.
