| Goethe-Institut Cyprus participates at this year's pop-up Festival on Makarios Avenue in downtown Nicosia (City Plaza Mall), which aims at bringing life back to the almost-deserted Shopping street Makarios Avenue. At the weekend from Friday 12th till Sunday 14th December 2014 at 10am, 12am, 4 pm and 6pm the Goethe-Institut will present three fairy tale films based on the Grimm-Brothers fairy tales for children aged 8-14 and their parents: "The courageus Little taylor", "the frog king" and "the booted Tom cat". The world known silhouette film by Lotte Reiniger from 1926: "The Adventures of Prince Achmed" will also be shown at this occasion. The films are in German with Greek subtitles and tne entrance is free!.
