I have already introduced the project of Feridun Işıman in the last issue but having been there myself and having talked to him it offers another perspective, and to see the paintings in the original is always very pleasant and often surprising because you can study closely the brush stroke.

Art work was displayed from countries you hardly get the chance to see them together: Yemen – Quatar – TRNC – Turkey – Montenegro – Bahrain – Syria – Oman – Egypt – Lebanon – Greece : Feridun has brought them together on the walls of his studio mixed with his own newest paintings in blue and in yellow. An exhibition organised with taste and understanding and the many guests that had followed his invitation obviously enjoyed the exhibition. A very successful reception.

The exhibition is kept open for the public until February 27 at the Art Studio 110 Müftü Ziyai Efendi sok DEMAK Ishani kat 1, in Arabahmet behind  Main Post Office Parking space in Nicosia, Mon to Fri 10.00 to 16.00 hrs.
