The last phase of an exhibition the final curtain of which was drawn on June 12. Unfortunately I missed it through a wrong entry in my calendar. Emin showed a huge painting, the last one of a series, full of mystery; it reminds me of ‘The Last Supper’ with the one hand pointing from out of the fog into our side of reality. What does it want to say? He dedicated the painting to the people in Gezi Park who sit in and fight there for a better future in freedom.

Emin will take his paintings from all four phases to an exhibition in Istanbul at the Kare Gallery on September 15.
