Join The Chris Byars and Ari Roland Jazz Sextet
“Harmony for Humanity”
Chris and Ari will be back on the island at the end of this week to continue with the Bicommunal Jazz Futures workshop. Joining Chris and Ari will be Zaid Nasser (sax), Keith Balla (drums), Vahagn Hayrapetain (piano) and Yaala Ballin (vocals). The workshops and evening jam sessions are detailed below. Please note that on the last two days the workshop will be held in different venues.
Saturday October 9th - Workshop at Fulbright from 2:30 - 6:30. Evening jam session at Jazzy B
Sunday October 10th - Workshop at Fulbright from 2:30 - 6:30. Evening jam session at Grapevine
Monday October 11th - Workshop at Fulbright from 2:30 - 6:30. Evening jam session at Brew
Tuesday October 12th - Workshop at Fulbright from 2:30 - 6:30. Evening jam session at Narnia
Wednesday October 13th - Workshop at Narnia from 2:30 - 5:30.
Thursday October 14th - Workshop at University of Nicosia ( Intercollege) Millennium Building -2 floor from
2:30 - 6:30. Evening jam session at Brew in honor of Daniel Pearl Music Days. See invitation attached to this email.
