Yesterday I went into Lemar's and made an astonishing discovery. There was a note attached to the cashier's counter in English and Turkish inviting the customers to avoid plastic bags and in future bring their own re-usable shopping bags. I looked around and they were attached to all cashier counters. I asked for the manager who finally gave me a copy and I said that I will distribute the idea and ask all my friends to support this initiative.

So please join me in having your shopping bag stationed at all times in your car.
